As of the 21st October, the Epcot character spot closed for a 3 month refurbishment. During this refurbishment you can meet characters in the following locations:
Mickey, Minnie and Pluto
Find this trio hanging out in the former Segway training area close to Fountain View Ice Cream
Goofy
You will find the loveable dog hanging out around the main entrance to the park.
Donald
He’ll be hanging in his usual character spot in the Mexico area of World Showcase.
