Mousemeets is less than 5 weeks away and the final preparations are well and truly beginning. We thought this year that we would give you so advanced warning of what we have on our silent auction this year so you know just want you want to bid on. Now, this is by no means a finalised list but here are what we have planned for you so far.
This year, we will be raising money for the Stroke association. This is a UK based charity that funds research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation, and helps stroke patients and their families directly through its Life After Stroke Services. These include Information, Advice and Support, Communication Support and Life After Stroke grants. They also campaign, educate and inform to increase knowledge of stroke at all levels of society, and we act as a voice for everyone affected by stroke.You can find out more about the great work they do by visiting http://www.stroke.org.uk/
Last year we raised just short of £500 for Dial-A-Dream and this year we want to raise even more. Below is the up to date list of things we have so far……
Lot 1: Return 1st Class trip on Virgin Trains for 2

Lot 4: Podcaster for the Day
The Disneybrit Podcast is giving you the chance to become a podcaster for the day by joining them on a future edition of the show. Not only will you get the chance to take part but you can also have a say in what segments we do.
Lot 5 and 6: The Luxury Guide to Walt Disney World by Cara Goldsbury

Lot 7 and 8: One of a Kind Winnie the Pooh Original Production Art from Premiere Animation
UK based animation gallery Premier Animation have donated two animation sketch drawing that are one of a kind, unique items. Lot 9: British Airways Toy Package
British Airways have led the way for the UK airlines and have donated a package of toys and games to auction at Mousemeets. Rather than tell you what they are, take a look at the picture below.
Lot 10: Assortment of Disney Die cast Cars
We have a collection of around 20 die cast Disney cars that we will be auctioning as a complete set.
Lot 11: Disney Pins
We have a collection of Disney pins that we will be sorting in to lots. Some of these pins will also include some rare proof pins. A must get for serious pin collectors.
Lot 12: Milton Keynes Store opening Flyer Signed by Paige O’Hara
For those people who were unable to attend or love Beauty and the Beast, we have a lot up for grabs just for you. At the opening of the UKs first new look Disney Store, we have a signed flyer by Paige O’Hara (Belle) to auction for charity
Lot 13: Disney animation 3D sculpt from an original Disney Store
This is possibly the most unique item we have at this year’s auction. This is an actual sculpt from the original Disney Store designs. The item was part of an original Disney Store and can now be part of your home! We won’t be revealing just what the sculpt is yet!!!
Lot 13: A Tray of Vinylmation Urban 6
We have managed to obtain a full box of Vinylmation Urban 6 which was released in the US in March 2011. They have sold out in the US Disney store and are in limited quantity in the parks. We will not be auctioning off these Vinylmation as a set but you sill be able to buy one Vinylmation for £5. This is a truly exclusive item as there are currently no plans for them to be sold in the UK.
Lot 14: Marvel Superhero Squad Game – Wii Edition
For auction is a brand new, sealed copy of the Marvel Superhero Squad for the Wii console. This game, released by THQ is a great game for those of you in to your superheroes and comic book fantasy.
