Chez Marianne-Souvenirs de Paris has had its soft opening to Cast Members and Dream Annual Passport holders before it officially opens to Guests following a Disney Ambassadors Opening Ceremony at 9:30am on Friday 28th November.

Completing Place de Rémy in Walt Disney Studios Park, Chez Marianne opens almost 4 and a half months after Ratatouille: The Adventure and Bistrot Chez Rémy.

But who is Marianne? Just as the British have John Bull and Americans have Uncle Sam, France has Marianne as the personification of their nation. Her design appears to have been inspired by various images of her found on French stamps throughout the ages.

Whilst the exterior of the boutique shop fits perfectly within the traditional Parisian design of Place de Rémy, the interior surprises and delights! Inside you will find elements of Art Deco design alongside the sense that you are inside an authentic Parisian department store thanks to the highly detailed stained glass and ceramic accents found throughout the boutique.
