We have received word that an accident has happened on Disneyland Paris’ Big Thunder Mountain. Early reports claimed that a train derailed but a Disney official statement has said that the accident was minor, at low speed and without injury. The attraction will remain closed for further investigation. As soon as we have more details we will share them with you.
UPDATE
More information has ow come to light with regards to the accident that happened on the 27th October. The reported incident took place around 7.40pm . It has been confirmed that the last car of the train derailed on a straight piece of track around the area that overhangs the river. the piece of track which extends over the river. According to some reports a young boy was taken away from the ride and treated for shock while one other rider was examined after complaining of back complaints.
