One of my favourite hidden treasures of the Disney parks are the classic looking posters that promote some of the great attractions you can ride in the parks. Underneath Main Street’s railroad station in both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris you can find some fantastic pieces of artwork, not to mention the great Disneyland Versions. (Disney, if you are listening, please reproduce them and let us take one home!!)

Below are a small example of some of those posters

Disneyland Paris' Pirates

Disneyland's Jungle Cruise
Walt Disney World's Space Mountain

It is now the turn of California Adventure to gain a new set of posters. The three new images represent the newly refurbished attractions found in the Paradise Pier area of the park: Mickey’s Fun Wheel, California Screamin’ and Silly Symphony Swings

The three new, 1950s looking posters

When the Blue Sky Cellar reopens in Disneyland’s California Adventure on January 28th,  there will be a new set of these classic looking posters on the walls. But even better than that, they will be available to buy through the Art of Disney’s online store. Althought they aren’t available yet, you can check back for updates at www.ArtofDisneyParks.com.

You can find the full Disney Park Blog article about the new posters here
