We previously reported that Disneyland Paris will be updating the new night time spectacular “Disney Dreams”. As of 1st April 2013, we reportedly say goodbye to the Mary Poppins and Jungle Book sections of the show in favour of a medley of Lion King songs believed to include “I just can’t wait to be king” and “Hakuna Matata”. This has been backed up by the recent shot seen in the new Disneyland Paris extended trailer on You Tube

Blink and you may have missed it!!! The animated section for The Lion King featured in the advert is believed to have been programmed for the beginning of the 20th anniversary but the Jungle Book sectioned was favoured.

The new Brave section is still under wraps and could still be in production. Both of these sections will replace the current Mary Poppins and Jungle Book sections of the show so make sure you see them before April, especially the giant waterfall effect for the Jungle Book. It’s also rumoured that Disney have been back in Abbey Road Studios this past month laying down some new instrumental and vocal tracks for the show.

  1. Still so very sad over the Jungle Book being dropped! Not sure on Brave being part of Dreams, but it’s still an awesome show!
