Katie Coyote's Grilled Chicken Pasta

This recipe is from the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge. As far as the Disney recipes go this one is one of the tastiest meals I have ever cooked. The recipe is broken up into parts, but most importantly remember to cook some pasta!!
The Blackening powder should keep a lot of moisture in the chicken breast. Then during the final staged the cayenne pepper seems to start to tint the cream sauce and … I need to cook this now as it was so good.
